Gliding in the UK is not controlled directly by the The Civil Aviation Authority but by its own administration the British Gliding Association.

The Glider Pilot Network is an excellent gliding web site with a discussion group, search engine, classified ads and email directory.  You can even get your own free gliderpilot.net email address.

The National Ladder website now has facilities for pilots to submit their own flight details on-line.

Gliding and Motorgliding International is an on-line magazine.

The Wikipedia Gliding article is a good introduction to what we do.

Friends

The University of West of England Student Union Gliding Club fly with us.  Their site has all the usual stuff and contact details for students wishing to fly (or drink) with them.

Sportability is dedicated to rebuilding lives shattered by paralysis.  Gliding at the Cotswold Gliding Club is one of their many activities.

Kemble is a busy general aviation airfield 4 miles to the south east of us.
